Business arising from the minutes:

The President EYI addressed the issue of the deferred Motion from the September meeting.  Namely, if there was no objection from the membership, the Ontario Science Center Amateur Radio Club would be disbanded and the membership list and assets would be transferred to the Central Toronto Amateur Radio Club (CenTor ARC).

He stated that no negative feedback or objection had been received since the September meeting either in response to the two email blasts to members or after the September Newsletter was posted.

He stated that  there had been written responses from Members Ray VE3UKO, Paul VA3PAW and Clayton Wozney agreeing with the Motion and raising no objection.

He reminded members present that the Central Toronto Amateur Radio Club (CenTor ARC) was the precursor to the OSCARC.

The President called for a Motion to:

1)    transfer all OSCARC funds to CenTor ARC (reported by the Treasurer WTT to be $500),

2)    transfer the OSCARC membership list to CenTor ARC,

3)    transfer the ownership of any and all OSCARC material to CenTor ARC.

A Motion to that effect was made by Jay EMP seconded by Ward WGK.  Carried unanimously.

The President declared that all business of the OSCARC was concluded and the Club was disbanded as of 19h49 EDT on 04/OCT/2011.
